License Agreement

Please read the following information carefully before registering or using this product. If you do not agree to the terms of the following License Agreement, do not register or use it. Please delete it completely from your computer.
 

Ownership

This Program - STGuru - is the copyrighted property of its producer. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to This Program are reserved.
 

Demo and Full Version

STGuru is a shareware product. There is a publicly released demo version for evaluation purpose, and a full version only for registered users. There are privilege limitations for both versions. If not otherwise clearly described, all statements below apply to both versions.

Like many other software products, this software may collect limited network or hardware characteristic information (machine code) and use the information in user authentication. Information related to software or user data in a user's hard disk(s) will not be involved in this procedure. This information will only be used for such purpose. We will not disclose such information to a third party.

Crack of this product in any method is clearly prohibited. This Program may work abnormally if it was cracked. Crackers or users using pirate versions shall be fully responsible for any data loss, system malfunctions or any other troubles caused by cracking This Program or using a pirate copy of This Program.

User's Rights
* Use (number of computers, number of users and duration):

[Standard License User]

If the license is owned by a personal user, only the owner can use the full version under this license. If the license is owned by an organization, only member(s) of this organization, or any other people (agreed by this organization) with an independent personal license for this product can use the full version under this license.

With each License of This Program., a license holder can register and use the full version of This Program on only 1 computer. If there is more than one operating system on this computer, you can install, activate and use the full version of This Program on unlimited number of operating systems on this computer with one license.

[Golden License User]

A Golden License authorizes at most 5 people to use This Program on at most 5 computers concurrently. After STGuru is installed on 5 computers, the registered user can still use it on a new computer after he/she has uninstalled / removed This Program from where it is installed, and kept the number of computers where the full version of This Program is installed within 5.

If the Golden License is owned by an organization user, it can only be used by members of this organization, or any other people who personally hold a license of This Program upon agreement of this organization. It can only be used on computers belonging to this organization.

If it is owned by a person, it can be shared by family members of this person upon the agreement of this person, or any other people who personally hold a license of This Program, and also shall be agreed by this owner. The license can only be used on computers belonging to this person or his/her family members.

* Update:
Registered users can update the product free of charge for 3 years. After that, if the user hopes to continue updating to the most recent versions, he/she shall pay for the update again.

* Reactivate:

Registered user can reactivate STGuru free of charge for 5 years. Within 5 years since completion of purchase, if the original machine code changes due to hardware upgrade and the original activation code ceases to work, or if the old computer retires and a new one is put into use, the user can install the full version he/she has obtained upon purchase on the upgraded/new machine, and send the new machine code together with the order information back to us for reactivation. The interval for reactivation should be reasonable. If you need to frequently relocate STGuru between computers that work properly simply due to company policy or personal preference, you need to purchase a license for each such computer. Corporate users with such need are suggested to order the Golden License, which is specially designed for such purpose.

* Spread:
You can spread the installation packs of the trial version of This Program freely in any means to any people, but you must spread them free of charge. If you hope to charge others when you spread this software, you must receive express written permission from the software producer.
 

You can privately save one copy of the full version of This Program only for backup purpose. You are not allowed to spread the full version of This Program to a third party in any form.
 

User's Responsibilities

Except as may be permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you shall NOT break, or actually break the following limitations. Producer of This Program can stop providing service for a user without refund and without notice, if this user breaks the following responsibilities first. If there are severe results caused by the user by breaking the following limitations, he/she shall be fully responsible for the loss of the product producer caused by his/her corresponding actions:
* The only way you are allow to activate This Program is to activate it with a registration code legally purchased, or granted without charge, from Anasoft Studio or any of our specified registration agents. Crack of This Program (eliminating the evaluation limitations in any other way), or using a cracked copy of This Program is clearly prohibited.
* You cannot decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble this software or any of its components.
* Except for adding/modifying new UI language file(s) under the folder "language", or managing configuration files with the configuration UIs provided by This Program, you cannot modify, reproduce, rent, add or delete components or files, or produce derivative works based upon This Program in whole or in part.
* Data in This Program is protected by international copyright law. You cannot extract data from This Program by any means, and use it in the development of similar or relevant product(s) or module(s).
* Except for saving 1 copy only for backup purpose, you cannot maintain full version of This Program by one license on more than 1 (for Standard License) or 5 (for Golden License) computers , computer terminals, or workstations at the same time.
* You cannot sell, rent, lease registration information or the full version of This Program, or copy/copies of This Program in any means to third parties, without express written permission from the software producer.
* Your license cannot be transferred.
* You cannot use This Program on any activities against your local laws or regulations.

Disclaimer

No linguistic work or language tools can guarantee to be perfect all the time. The conversion quality of this application is subject to users' ability in language assessment, users' experience and skills in using this application and in using software in general, the nature of the source text as well as the criteria on "What is good quality?" We do not guarantee that the conversion results of this application do not need proofreading, on the contrary, we strongly suggest users to proofread the conversion results for at least one round (the proofreader should be a native or at least near-native linguist of the target language variation, or she/he might possibly revise text converted based on proper convention of the target language back to that of the source language).

The developer promise not to add codes that purposefully attack software or hardware system or other software on the system. However, we do not guarantee that this application is perfect and without defects. You shall be responsible for all known or unknown risks come with your using this software. If you are a registered license holder, and the license is still within its free update period, notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced above and all direct or general damages), the entire liability of the developer and any of the connected suppliers under any provision of this License and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you for the Software or US $10.00. The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
