License Agreement

Please read following information carefully before registering or using this product. If you do not agree to the terms of following License Agreement, do not register or use it, please delete it completely from your computer.
 

Ownership

This Program - STGS - is the copyrighted property of its producer. All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to This Program are reserved.
 

Demo and Full Version

STGS is a shareware. There is a publicly released demo version for evaluation purpose, and a full version only for registered users. There are privilege limitations for both versions. If not otherwise clearly described, all statements below apply to both versions.

Like many other software products, this software may collect limited network or hardware characteristic information (machine code) and use the information in user authentication.  Information related to software and user data in a user's hard disk will not be involved in this procedure. This information will only be used for such purpose. We will not disclose such information to a third party.

Crack of this product in any method is clearly prohibited. This program may work abnormally if it was cracked. Cracker or people using a pirate version shall be fully responsible for any data loss, system malfunction or any other troubles caused by cracking this program or using a pirate copy of this program.

User's Rights
* Use
You can use this product for the development and maintenance of your own products or services, including but not limited to real-tie web site transfer as well as other kinds of transfer between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese in general.

1) One license shall be used only on 1 computer or (if it is for the purpose of web site transfer) for 1 web site. If you developed a product including STGS in each copy, a separate license is required for every computer installing this component.
2) The license allows you for self-use only (the maximum range is your company/organization). Except that there is an additional written agreement between you and Anasoft Studio, you are not allowed to use it on other purpose, and you are not allowed to use it to provide transfer services, directly or indirectly, charged or free of charge, for a third party.
3) If you hold a 50 year-long license, you can use it for 50 years. If you hold a 2 year-long license, you can use it for 2 years.

* Update:
If you hold a 50 year-long license, you can update it free of charge for 50 years. If you hold a 2 year-long license, you can update it free of charge for 2 years.

* Spread:
You can spread installation packs of trial version of This Program freely in any means to any people, but you must spread it free of charge. If you hope to charge other when you spread this software, you must receive express written permission from the software producer.
You can privately save one copy of the full version of this program only for backup purpose. You are not allowed to spread full version of this program to third part in any form.

User's Responsibilities

Except as may be permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you shall NOT break, or actually break following limitations. Producer of This Program can stop providing service for a user without refund and without notice, if this user breaks following responsibilities first. If there are severe results caused by the user by breaking following limitations, he/she shall be fully responsible for the loss of the product producer caused by his/her corresponding actions:
* The only way you are allow to activate This Program is to activate it with a registration code legally purchased, or granted without charge, from Anasoft Studio or any of our specified registration agents. Crack of This Program (eliminating the evaluation limitations in any other way), or using a cracked copy of This Program is clearly prohibited.
* You can't decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble this software or any of its components.
* Data in this program is protected by international copyright law. Except for calling it as a development component for self use, you can't extract data from this program by any means, and use it in the development of product(s) or module(s) same as or relevant in nature to STGuru or STGS .
* Except for saving 1 copy only for backup purpose, you can't maintain full version of This Program by one license on more than 1 computer, computer terminal, or workstation at the same time.
* You can't sell, rent, lease registration information or full version of this program, or copy/copies of This Program in any means to third party, without the express written permission from the software producer.
* Your license can be transferred to another party only under following conditions:
1) The party receiving the transfer accepts all terms in this License Agreement. The time this receiving party can use and update free of charge is the remaining time of your license.
2) You shall destroy all copies of the installation pack, as well as any components within this product pack.
3) You shall inform the developer of this product about the real name of both party (unit or person), as well as phone number and email addresses for both party.
4) The specific license that you transferred out shall NEVER be transferred back to you.
